Note these methods for silver cleaning and care:
Polishing cloth: gently rub the pendant and chain to remove tarnishing.
Liquid silver dips: Submerge your necklace in the solution for a short period, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
Baking soda paste: A paste made from baking soda and water can be applied to tarnished silver, rubbed gently your necklace with a soft cloth, and then rinse and dry.
Professional cleaning: For valuable or delicate silver items, it may be best to seek professional cleaning services to ensure they are cleaned properly without causing damage.
Regardless of your method chosen, it's important to handle silver items carefully to avoid scratching or other damage. Additionally, storing silver in a dry, airtight environment when not in use can help prevent tarnishing.
All of our pieces are non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
Shipping Methods: Thailand shipping will be via either Grab Express or Kerry Express. International shipping will be either standard registered post or expedited registered post.
Delivery Times: The design and production time begins upon purchase and delivery is between 2-3 weeks within Thailand*. Grab Express and Kerry Express will deliver same day or next day once receiving the product.
International shipping adds approximately 7 days to this process.
*These timelines are for customized jewelry pieces, off the shelf pieces will be delivered within 2/3 days within Thailand and 7 days internationally.
Processing Time: Names in silver, gold plated, rose gold plated, 9k yellow gold or 18K yellow gold take approximately 2 weeks to make. This includes the design, wax molding, casting and finishing (polishing) before it is packed for shipping.
Free Shipping: Within Thailand. International shipping has a cost of 300 Thai Baht.
Tracking Orders: You will be notified when the product is being shipped by email and supplied a link or tracking number to follow your order.
